Assalamu Alaikum to all my brothers, sisters, friends and colleagues at work and in research. I wish to congratulate all of you who have been able to witness and fast the month of Ramadan complete. It is indeed a great favour from Allah to witness and fast during this glorious month. The companions of Rsaul (S.A.W) used to say to each other on the day of Eid, May Allah accept it (fast) from me and you. I am saying the same to all of you. kullu aam, wa antum bi khair. Lastly, the month of Ramadan is a training period, let us maintain the discipline and piety hopefully until the next Ramadan insha Allah. For hausa speakers, i say Barka da Sallah, Allah Ya karba mana, ameen.
