Assalamualaikum....Good Afternoon Lovelies♡♡ I regret to inform you tht there will be changes on Payment Terms with effect from 10th August 2014 when business will resume as per normal. Payment Terms For All Orders (Cookies & Cakes, Cupcakes), Payment to be made via Transfer within 48 hours for Orders To Be Confirmed. If No Payment Received within given time then Ur Order will be NULL. COC (Cash On Collection) I will base on Individual Orders. Example : Orders More Than $50 I will Need Deposit via transfer. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I apologize for these changes as I have no other choice as some ppl juz take advantage for my trust & leniency. ●I got scolded and was told to stay away from their life as im bothering them for payment which was due for more than 2 weeks. ●Some are not happy for the reminder for payment msgs & ignored my msgs. ●Some Orders, Ive given them more than 3 times to delay payment but in the end they chose to MIA instead. ●Some Orders, they ordered & add some more items & was given invoice wif payment due date but requested to delay bcoz of payday but in the end remain silent and when asked for payment *They Cancel Order*. And the list go on..... So if some of you think tht im a bad seller tht cant give & take....please think again before you judge me. I dnt really mix personal & business together & this thing have been going for quite sometime & I think its juz too much for a seller like me who runs a small business from home for tht extra $ for my family. Im not rich. I live in a rental hse (those who have self collect before will know). I have a 2.5years old son who has diabetes. I have to juggle my time for my family & business but im trying my best to accomodate all my customers requests & orders. All I want is A Mutual Understanding between me as a Seller & My Customers. When U R Happy wif the products...Im much Happier as a Seller. Thank You Soo Much to Everyone...My Loyal Customers & also to the New Customers for the Kind Understanding & Support♡♡♡I appreciate alot♡♡♡
