Assassination Classroom Animes Promo Previews Class 3-Es Cast The official website for the television anime of Yusei Matsuis Assassination Classroom manga began streaming a Rensō Kiyōshitsu (Association Classroom) promotional video on Monday. To introduce the voice cast for the students in Class 3-E, Koro-sensei starts a word association game to have each student speak up in turn. Koro-sensei: Now, everyone, lets start Koro-senseis Association Classroom. Well, lets begin with my name, Koro-sensei. Karuma Akabane: When you say Koro-sensei, I say tako [octopus]. Sumire Hara: When you say tako, I say takoyaki [octopus snack]. Viz Media describes the story: A humorous and action-packed story about a class of misfits who are trying to kill their new teacher – an alien octopus with bizarre powers and super strength! The teacher has just destroyed the moon and is threatening to destroy the earth – unless his students can destroy him first. What makes things more complicated is that hes the best teacher theyve ever had! Jun Fukuyama will play Koro-sensei, Tomokazu Sugita will play Tadaomi Karasuma and Shizuka Itou will play Irina Jelavic. Tomokazu Seki, Junichi Suwabe, and Yui Horie played the same characters, respectively, in the earlier event anime special. Seiji Kishi (Persona 4 The Animation, Danganronpa The Animation, Devil Survivor 2 The Animation) is directing the anime at the studio Lerche. Kazuaki Morita (Persona 4 The Animation, Danganronpa The Animation, Arpeggio of Blue Steel) is designing the characters, and Makoto Uezu (Danganronpa The Animation, Arpeggio of Blue Steel, Is This a Zombie?, School Days) is writing the scripts. The series will premiere in January and air late Friday nights on Fuji TV, and a live-action film will follow. A second event anime will debut in November.
