Assessing the EPL teams in the UCL this season, there are 3 participants and 1 Contender. When you look at a team like Man City player for player you can call them contenders but I beg to disagree because of their manager and lets be honest their team leader Kompany hasnt achieved much nor lacks the psychological strength to lift his team mates against the big teams of Europe, Then the case of the supposed to be great Pellegrini, as much as he is a good coach he isnt a great coach I once told Rightéous Efe Egbogho that he is just an improved version of Wenger he can lay down a good initial plan but he is not tactically flexible enough apart from that his psychological strength just isnt there. I remember when Guardiola qualified for his first UCL finals. I remember his press conference he said I am happy we reached the finals and we are going to attack He said it with so much confidence anybody would believe in him, I cant just see that trait in Pellegrini and it showed against Bayern Munich. City looked scared the whole game they failed to impose themselves in that game. For City to be able to win they need a John Terry and a Mourinho. As for Arsenal just read the match report and Arsenal fans complaints about the game against Dortmund and you will understand. Liverpool are too inexperienced both players and coaches, and lack the players to get anywhere passed the round of 16 Chelsea I believe is the only team that can win it, one thing I know about Mourinho and his teams is this, the moment you underestimate his team you have lost, Mourinhos Porto and Inter were underrated in the UCL and that was how they were able to do the damage. Mourinho has a team that is highly rated in England but not in Europe. In Mourinhos starting XI tell me 3 players that are called superstars on a continental level, and that is where Mourinho prevails forget about the draw against Schalke when Chelsea needs to get down to business they will. I dont see any team stopping a FIT Chelsea, Chelsea has the quality and the mentality to win the UCL
