Assistant Director ( Human Resource Support ) POST 33/22 : REF NO: USAGE: 027 This post is advertised in the DOD, broader Public Service and Media SALARY : R314 709 per annum CENTRE : Internal Audit Division, Pretoria REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must be in possession of a National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management. Plus a minimum of three years experience in HRM supervisory level is recommended. Special requirements (skills needed): An advanced understanding and practical experience in PERSOL administration functions. Knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations. Knowledge and application of labour relations act, Basic conditions of employment act, Skills Development Act and other HR legislation. Strong leadership and problem solving skills. A sound human resource budget management skill is recommended. Computer literacy in MS Office suites. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and planning skills. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for the following specific tasks: Manage and render effective personnel administration, salary administration, leave administration and staff establishment.
