Assistant Manager, Customer Insights/Digital Marketing Analytics: Details: Primary responsibilities for this position are to support Marketing Research/Customer Insights projects across the company. A key focus area will be developing and implementing tools/processes for the analysis of digital marketing activity. Additional duties will include managing the annual Market Grid process, integration of syndicated research tools with the business units, innovation research team support and custom research project as assigned. Business partners include: Division Customer Insights, Division Marketing and Marketing Communications, Global Digital Marketing Team, Sales and Investor Relations. Geographic scope is global. This position reports to the VP of Customer Insights Accountabilities: • Research Planning and Business Team Partnership: o Understanding business issues and translating these into research plans o Designing research to address the business issue o Managing outside marketing research vendor resources as needed o Working with the business team to translate research learning into business action • Digital Analytics o Develop processes for the analysis of digital marketing activity including website diagnostics, e-mail campaign assessment, social media tracking, etc. Educate the businesses on digital analytics best practices. o Partner with businesses/regions to develop dashboards to track their progress o Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of interactive programs and implement improvements as required • Understanding and delivering insights across the 5 Analysis Essentials: o Market, Customer, Competition, Company and Channel • Market Sizing o Lead annual Market Grid process to capture current market share and business opportunities by customer, business segment, product category and market. o Partner with business teams to improve market size estimates o Support Investor Relations needs for market size information • Innovation o Support Disruptive Innovation research team needs. dlvr.it/7Bx1JL
