Assisted Living: (Sectional title and Freehold, 1 and 2 bed Apartments) The following services are available depending on the residents requirements and their level of health. Level 1: (Resident is healthy and requires minimal care, if any) Main meal of the day at lunch. Cleaning of Apartment 2 x week. Laundry (linen and clothing) washed and ironed 2 x week. Refuse removal daily (Mon. to Fri.). 24 hour emergency call out via panic button. Weekly clinic (blood pressure, dressings, injections, sugar level checks etc -consumables for own account.). 2 x free nights per month in Frail Care if required, for recuperation – not accruable. Guaranteed frail care if required, in Care Center. Assistance with medication. Check on resident 2 x per day, if required. Level 2: (Resident requires greater level of care during the day, but independent at night and able to summon help if needed.) 3 meals per day and much greater level of assistance e.g. bathing, dressing, extra checks, bedtime preparation, etc.
