HODs for procurement of spares. - Tracking and availability of zero stock spares in time. - Reduction of more consuming spares. - Replacement of Chinese spares with indigenous spares. - Annual overhauling & CBM - Co-coordination with operation & maintenance team for annual overhauling of all UNITs and. - Condition based monitoring of all equipments as per schedule. - Ensure the completion & rectification of critical zone equipments found by CBM report in time - Operation and Performance monitoring of commissioned units as per business plan viz. Heat Rate, SOC, SCC, generation target, etc. - Identifying system gaps and proposing & implementing modifications. - Identifying process gaps and proposing solutions. - Coordinating and monitoring major operation/shutdown activities. - Assessing adequacy of quantity and quality of manpower.
