Asst Operation manager (Retail) Your Job Responsibilities# •To report to the Operations Manager •Able to manage all aspects of work activities for the retail clients •To ensure that each outlet is properly staffed with trained and qualified part timers according to clients requirements. •Responsible for managing day to day Operations, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. •To assist the Operations Manager on scheduling rosters, administrative duties, overseeing the booking, discipline and welfare of all staffs. •To conduct weekly motivational and training workshops for Operations Executive •Works in co-ordination with respective clients Requirements •Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, O’Level, Diploma, any field. •Possess strong analytical skills, self-motivated, results driven and a good team player. •Positive and passionate in people’s industry •Proficient in Microsoft office •Experience in Retail, Operations or Human Resource preferred. (Previous Retail Store Managers/Executives are encouraged to apply.) •At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
