Assuming this hasnt been misreported or overstated, this is potentially one of the single biggest steps in modern medicine. This is the potential key to endless numbers of saved or dramatically improved lives. Regrown organs, possibly limbs, and more are potentially within reach from this. And once we know how to grow them, we can theoretically apply our genetic knowledge to help ensure the ones we grow dont contain the same defects as those being replaced, or just plain ensure the replacements are upgraded in general. Lets just hope we can include reasonable costs in the development processes to ensure this tech isnt available only to the 1%.
