Assuming we have one day to vote in 5 years that reads 1/1826 approx.,there are very low chances of your mother choking, uncle dying, driver constipated on the same day.Not such a big deal if the traveling radius was 2 km and the process took you an hour or God forbid 2 hours.I know of corporates taking their staff on a picnic on the very day,our airhead film industry has chosen this very moment to have an award ceremony etc. Is it not possible to link a technologically developed aadhar card to a citizens polling history? Can we not then quadruple income tax, blacklist passports etc. to ensure that a citizen (if you want to call them that) votes? Or is it just chill to sit at home with the ac blasting, beer in hand while the bhaiya banging buffaloes at the local tabela is elected? For the people whose names did not appear on the rolls... really sorry. The voting card called me PLAIT FERNADISA born in 1963 a tribute to the data collection mechanism. What fun :)
