Energy mixed with agitation and the sense of needing to act may dominate the morning. Choose one task to absorb this restless energy and you are likely to make reasonable progress. You may feel the need to affirm your position about something or to negotiate a dispute. There’s a choice point at which you can cooperate unless you are too impatient, then the moment passes. Calmer energies prevail in the afternoon ET and you may want some down time from the strain you’ve been feeling the past few days. Find a way to reward yourself for sticking to task and getting priority items taken care of. Lunch or dinner with friends, or something sweet, kind, and loving, to soothe the adjustments that we’ve all been asked to make, is a perfect solution. Keep your focus on what you want to attain despite any slowdown or distraction. If your desire is strong enough, you will do what is needed to reach your goal.
