At 12:30 on July 31, 2013 my mother Lucia Lucero left this earth. We are all sad but happy that she is done fighting. My mother has been fighting cancer for four years. She won two battles but lost the last. She never quit, always had a strong will to win even in her last moments. She will be missed greatly but never ever forgotten. If you had the privilege to meet her you would know she was the kindest, most warm hearted person you can ever meet. With the widest and warmest of arms she would welcome you and treat you like family. Its a shame her life was cut short but her memory will forever live on. If you have your mother close to you hug her and tell her how much you love her and how much she means to you. I love mom, I will never forget you. I will always love you for the rest of my life. I love you mom.
