At 2 am, Out of the blue, I was tagged here on facebook: They asked: Do you want a turkey?...just like that.... . Dont know the people but due to belonging to different craft and art supply groups, to ISO and giveaway groups and rural artisan groups and buy local groups, . I am in daily contact with many frequenters of those groups...so at 2 am...this lady says... . I just finished my turkey hamper run, and I got one turkey left...do you want it? OMGl hell yes, its meat!.and then she asked, Do you want me to drop it off now or tomorrow? Yesterday, would be even better, I laughed . So within 20 minutes the buzzer alerts me and Art goes down to meet the lady....after a couple of minutes he returns huffing and puffing laden with stuff. .. With a wonderment look on his face he says: the year began with a huge lack of food but now we are receiving at every turn...this time it was a 20lb bag of potatoes, large bag of frozen peas and carrots and a turkey...just out of the blue being at the right place at the right time....wow...is all I can say....and thats not all... Now before I go on, I want to remind you all that the past 2 years were the hungriest years we experienced...and were grateful to have rice, flour and porridge to fill the empty void..although my waistline says otherwise...so with all of this happening in one short moment in our lives....it is quite overwhelming and humbling and we are extremely grateful...All of your support through those hard times and now.....but its time to tell you the rest..so here goes...... . We sleep when our bodies MAKE us sleep, so while we were snoozing....this afternoon, Bowser barked as I heard someone knock on the door...We were way too exhausted to try and get up to find out who it was at that time. . After finishing our wake up coffee, Arthur decides to go and see if someone left a note on our door..We never have people knock on our door...but ... again he walks in with a package in his arms and says, This time Christmas is for Boiwser! WOW..again abundance falls onto our humble abode. . I am not sure of this product...but its the thought that counts...someone in the building loves my puppy...probably due to his sneaking out to visit everyone if they leave their doors open....had that happen quite a few times....lol...anyways.... . This is what he got....a 1.9kg. bag of PEDIGREE MAROBONE with real bone marrow Vitamin Enriched Snack Food for Dogs. ...only I do not know if I should introduce this to Bowser or replace it with a different Brand....any suggestions anyone? But thats not all....hehehe You all know, I have had an opportunity to purchase an apt sized freezer for 40 bucks...its all we had till the end of the month, and we had food so we figured..with a freezer...I would guarantee that we would not go hungry again...that was a hard to experience...but I appreciate others who are still going through that.....anyways.... . I get another message today...it reads... Do not pay for someone to pu the freezer, hubby will deliver it to you for free....on Dec 27th...wow... . NOW I SAY TO MYSELF....With all of this abundance tumbling in from unknown places, people and situations.....I ask...How hard can it be for us to snag the winning ticket that leads us to claim a huge Huge HUGE bundle of cash to shower upon us and share with others our windfall just as this abundance we are experiencing as we speak? It cant be that hard..can it? Others have done it; so why can we? >>>DONT ANSWER THAT! . just tell me about Bowsers treats...do I give im some or do I pass it on to someone else...for their pups...
