At 2300 hours on 9/11/2013, Mia Provenzo ended her last full-time shift with Medic One. Soon she will be starting a new venture with the Pennsylvania State Police. During her time with Medic One she held many positions, which includes; Dispatcher, EMT, Medic Student, Supervisor, Member of the Safety Committee, Member of the Honor Guard, ESU Responder, Member of the EMS Strike Team (Deployed to Hurricane Sandy, Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee) and most importantly a true friend to so many. Even though you are not totally gone and that our building and intercom system will be much quieter, you will be greatly missed. I’m sure in no time at all you will teach PSP patrols how to bring you coffee and breakfast. Good luck with your new employment.
