At 6:30 Mr Kenyatta will address Kenyans and explain why 1. Dead victims are resurrecting from death toll of 69 to 62 and now 58 2. Why KDF killed only 6 terrorists and between 4 and 9 evaporated as we were told attackers were between 10 and 15. 3. Why Ruto contradicted the cabinet secretary and if he agree with Ruto that the matter was planned to fix both of them. 4. Why the media was denied to cover the whole issue independently 5. If NSIS knew anything about the ambush 6.
