At Core World Wide I did a Radical Aliveness process with 68 leaders and faculty of Core Institutes from around the world. As always when you give people only three rules; dont hurt yourself, dont hurt others physically and dont hurt the room, the beginning was chaos. Without more rules and structure we are often at a loss. Faith in the wisdom of the field allows me to tolerate that. With Patricia Haman working the edges and doing deep process where she found it, with a team of people who have done this work helping hold the space (Karin Knoblich, Kate Holt, Aidan Fisher, - thank you) and with many others who were willing to participate fully, we engaged in something that became deep and meaningful and healing. I love watching people be affected by the field, deep truths coming out, old burdens and secrets emerging, collaborative, creative co-operation leading to something that lifts us all. This work is personal AND collective- we are a part of something wanting to emerge. We belong to the whole and when we become part of the whole something beautiful comes forth. Thank you all for bringing yourselves fully to something that starts out looking impossible and ends with a lot of light.
