Full Circle Couture FAQs 1. How long does the buying process take? There are no appointments, so it is on a first come basis. The time involved depends on how many customers are in front of you. Normally it takes our trained fashion buyers between 15-30 minutes depending on how many items you have. We accept drop offs. So, you can stay and shop or come back later. Its up to you. 2. Why do I sometimes get low offers on expensive items? We understand that you paid full price for your NEW item. However, you should keep in mind that now they are used. We can pay up to 30% of what we are pricing the item. What we value your items at completely depends on condition and whether or not there is a demand for the item. We are always open to suggestions if you are not satisfied with our offer. So feel free to talk to our buyer. 3. Why are some high quality items not accepted? Very rarely are high quality items turned away. If we do not accept it, please ask our buyer to explain why we were not interested in buying the item. 4. What happens to my items if I choose to donate them? Our mission is to create a better and cleaner world by helping those in need and recycling. We reach out to local charities and donate those items that you no longer need. We will have a list of families who are in need of clothing and we donate directly to them. We will also be having Donation Sales where all donated items will be sold at a low cost and 100% of the proceeds will go to local charities. We truly believe in karma and giving back to the community. 5. Will I receive a donation receipt when I donate my items? Even though Full Circle Couture is very much into helping local charities, unfortunately we are not a non-profit organization. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with a receipt. We live by karma and the full circle idea of What goes around comes around. 6. What kind of clothing do you buy ? All brands, in great condition, no stains, washed and clean with little wear ! 7. How many items can I bring in at one time? You can bring as many items a you would like. Just remember the more you bring in, the longer it takes to go through and buy your items. You may want to consider dropping them off, if you bring a lot of items. 8. Can I bring shoes and accessories and clothes of all sizes? We will consider buying all brands of shoes and accessories. Yes we take all sizes.
