At This Particular Time, Could The Two Leading Political Parties Really Be Considered The Same? In every sane environment, the answer would be NO! If for instance one of my uncles walk up to me and say, Opeyemi, the two leading Political Parties are the same. So let us maintain the status-quo. My response would be, Uncle, it is either you are being unreasonably sentimental which is making you to be cunningly encouraging oppression or you are in the dark of the truth. Uncle, please let us stop being thoughtless for the sake of our children. The truth is, theres no flawless political party anywhere in the world. Both the Republican and the Democratic Parties in the US have their blemishes. For this reason, the less-plundered, but serious-minded Americans often change them at the center. It is ONLY in Nigeria will some certain heartless cabals ruined the citizens for 13years under the military regime. Later formed a political party called the ruling party and thereafter intensified their plundering for 15years and yet, cheated citizens will keep saying All the political parties are the same, so let us maintain the terrible status-quo. The Opposition Party Is Never my problem as a looted and cheated Nigerian. The party that has been in charge of the National Treasury, Policy Making, Trillions Naira Yearly Budget, about 80% Monthly Allocations, Ministerial Portfolios, In-charge of Upper and Lower Chambers, Overseeing Security, Power, Education, Health sector, Foreign Policy...for close to 16-years is my Primary and Secondary Enemies and not the Opposition. It is so simple, if the opposition party gets to the center and also fails to better the lot of the citizenry, we shall also have the audacity to send them packing in 2019. This is how it is being done in every sane environment and not that a particular fraudulence incarnate and cabal abode calling itself the ruling party will keep wrecking the nation unabated for several years. My stance over the years is very understandable, this merciless political party and its divisive, reckless, lackadaisical and practically irresponsible administration has never been fair an inch to Nigerians and it must be send packing at least for a while.
