Rental - $2k + wash dishing $500 + utilities = $3k per month. Total income per month: $1800 x 24 days = $43200 - $3k = ard 40k. Salary for 3: $3k x 3 ( including CPF and others) = $$9k. Food costs and other expenses abt 30% of sales - so profits shd be ard $20k. This is a min estimates for a food stall on average.
