At a urinal a man is preparing to take a leak when he sees a guy approach who has both his hands in the air above him, his fingers looking twisted and arthritic. The guy stares at the urinal looking perplexed and the first man feeling sorry says, Would you like me to open your fly for you? The guy says, Oh, if you dont mind that would be great. So the man unzips the guys fly. But the guy still appears confused so the first man again offers to help saying, Would you like me to pull it out for you? The guy replies, Oh thank you, that would be wonderful. So the man reaches in and pulls the guys penis out and aims it into the urinal. After they both finish, the first man zips up his own fly, then says to the guy who has also just finished peeing, Would you like me to help put it back in your pants? The other guy lowers his hands, blows on his fingers and says, No thats okay, my nails should be dry by now.
