At approximately 11:15 this morning, Heaven gained a new angel. One of the strongest women I know, my grandmother, Foye "Gingi" Cole, went to be with her Lord and Saviour. This brings to an end 18 months of pain and suffering, both physical and mental. For that, I am grateful. There will forever be an empty place in my heart for the woman that was an integral part of my raising and making me into the person that I am today. I learned many important lessons from her...some minor and some pretty important. She lived a wonderful life, despite all the hardships thrown her way. I want to publicly thank Timberlake Fire & Rescue, Person County Emergency Services, the staff of Person Memorial Hospital, and all others who assisted her in the final years of her life. I cannot thank you enough for your care and compassion. I love you forever, Gingi! Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
