Though not the point of the quote, it prompted this thought that at this time of year, as we saw in our Winter Solstice/Yule ritual last weekend, there is mischief afoot and the Faery feel quite close within our homes. You can see their sparkling energy signatures if you look just so past the lights, around the room. Our Yuletide lights and sense of merriment and joy at this time of year lends to this sight. Of course come the Summer Solstice, as our friends in the Southern Hemisphere are experiencing now, you can see their signatures out and about on the land, through the mists and dew and dancing in the Suns rays. It feels as if you can reach through the lights, the sparkles and the mists right into the Otherworld and see them in full...and of course, all is possible. Blessed be.
