At home after a long day at ukbff,I ended up doing the the under 70kg body building round instead of physique,I didnt place in top 3 unfortunatly,it was a good experience regardless of the result and I would like to thank my coach big Sean fee for all his help in preparation I cant thank him enough and also Sean Hughes for cooking for me for the last few months :) I would also like to thank all the people who supported me today and all the way through my preparation. Bring on the next 1 :)
