At home plyo work out! Before I start I always warm up with jumping rope, squat jumps getting low enough to engage glutes and also to touch the floor, and high knees. I do all 3 of these exercises 3 or 4 times for 30 second intervals each time. The top video is of a hamstring curl using my #trx system. I started by placing heels in the foot cradles and lifting hips off the ground placing weight on the back and shoulders. Pull heels to glutes the more straight you keep ur back the more tension; for beginners just keep back more parallel to ground focusing solely on bending knees and bringing heels to glute. I did sets of 15 for 3 sets. Other exercises not shown are reverse lunges below 90degrees, pistol squats or one legged squats all with 3 or 4 sets of 15 reps each leg! Had to throw a vid of my mini exceeding! He loves to exercise with mommy! hope you enjoy!! #fitfam
