At just 22 years old, Mike Trout is single handedly bringing the game of baseball back to where it should be. The dude obviously has a starting spot in the Angels lineup and hes still out working, out hustling, and playing harder than anyone in the league and its still SPRING TRAINING! On top of his play on the field hes still selfless outside the lines too. Yesterdays simple act of giving his batting gloves to a kid rocking a Trout jersey at the game was awesome. A gesture that probably changed that kids young life is something that all these greedy, selfish, money-hungry, big name contracts forget about. Baseball is Americas past time, not just your payday. Mike Trout is the biggest name in baseball for all the right reasons. Practice hard, play hard. Let me know the next time you see Robinson Cano, Ryan Howard, Josh Hamilton, Prince Fielder, or Ryan Braun bust their ass on every fly ball, pop up, ground ball, or dribbler that comes off their billion dollar bats.
