At my birthday, this is my advice to all my friends around the world. Take the grief of yesterday and throw it away. Lose it where the wind and the butterflies play. Cast off your troubles where the light cuts through the trees. Find peace in the singing birds and in the humming bees. Why worry about what may come when tomorrow is far away, and the sun is offering you a magnificent new day? Instead, let your hope grow where the daisies sway and nod.
