At my doctors appointment on Monday, it was confirmed that Ive completely kicked my T2 Diabetes (even off ALL meds, my A1C was just 5.1). So, while I will always watch my calories & eat healthy to maintain my fit lifestyle, I have full license to have the occasional sugary indulgence with no guilt. However, Ive been off sugar for so long, that even a little gives me massive sugar rush. So, if you see me bounding around town like a little tornado this weekend, I am NOT having a breakdown. Im just drunk off life and a single Jolly Rancher.
