At some point during the night Smithville gained just a tad bit of moisture. This could very well be a terrific day; the birds certainly would lead to me think that from their singing this morning. I will probably no doubt get to visit with friends, possibly meet some new people, finish a project or two and more than likely get to build something I have never built before. I can complain about something or I can smile, accept the circumstance and praise the Lord for seeing me through it. I can get upset with the fact something is not working properly or I can be patient, knowing that before long it will be fixed. You see, I am in charge of today; perhaps not of everything that happens, but I am in charge of how I handle everything that happens. This is Tuesday, and Im loving it already! Today I can concentrate on only me or rather choose to be concerned with the ones who have lost loved ones, the ones who are confined to their home or to the nursing homes, or the ones that appear seemingly to have no hope, the ones who dont realize that Jesus reigns! Today is whatever I want to make it; praise the Lord, its Tuesday! O happy day that fixed my choice on Thee, my Savior and my God! Well may this glowing heart rejoice, and tell its raptures all abroad. Happy day, happy day, when Jesus washed my sins away! He taught me how to watch and pray, and live rejoicing every day; happy day, happy day, when Jesus washed my sins away! Friends, you choose how you want to spend today!
