At the end of the Porsche 993s run, Porsche made the Turbo S and equipped every car with a carbon fiber interior. The Carbon dash panels were simple thin sheets that were bonded and screwed to to the original vinyl pieces. This old school/primitive way of manufacturing has been lost in modern cars (making new cars better than ever), but it is what makes these old cars so special. This particular car was in a front end collision and the airbags were deployed, destroying the carbon dash panel on the passenger side. We are going to be bonding the original lower carbon onto a new dash panel and making a new carbon upper panel to make this piece look better than new.
