At the risk of sending my Liberal friends into Facebook shock, I must be honest and blunt. The reality is that the Radical Islamic Jihad is growing stronger, larger and closer to us. Whether it be ISIS, Al Qaeda in Yemen, Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, or any other flavor, the Radical Islamic Jihad is waging war against the free world. The free world is not waging war (yet) against the Radical Islamic Jihad. It does not seem to realize that it is under attack. It is not Islams intent to destroy us, but it IS the intent of the Radical Islamic Jihad to convert or destroy ALL Infidels. The threat only grows exponentially at this point. The stark reality is that you need combat power to defeat combat power. Speeches and rhetoric wont cut it. My suggestion, and I believe the only chance we have: Develop a coalition of forces similar to WWII and ENGAGE. ENGAGE Violently, utilizing ALL dimensions of Warfighting. Locate the basic centers of the Islamic Jihad (Syria? Iraq?). Intelligence could tell us. Crush it. Destroy it. Kill it. Ensure it never rises again. Sorry if that sounds too risky, or too violent, or too expensive. We have been in denial too long. Now, it hurts. It is simple, but not easy. The Free World must awaken and wage a TOTAL WAR against the Radical Islamic Jihad, which is exactly what the Jihad is doing against the Free World. There will be those who protest that we are attacking the Islamic Religion. We are not. It is ONLY the Radical Islamic Jihad whom we target. No one else. There is a reason we call it TERRORISM. They are coming, and we are not preparing. If we do not change our posture and prepare, we will die. I, for one, am not prepared to convert to Islam. Is anybody else?? - Nighthawk 6
