At the shop, I get my hands on a lot of books. Some good, some not so, some hyped, some overlooked. I got my hands on a copy of Varian Johnsons new book, The Great Greene Heist this weekend (it comes out tomorrow). This book has gotten a lot of publicity, but people arent really talking about how awesome it is. This really is a great book for any one (but especially 5th - 9th graders). It was fun and fast paced and was a lot of fun to read. It was as easy to read as any book I have read and had almost movie like flow to it. Amazing book, truly amazing. We will have signed copies at The Book Spot tomorrow or I will put a link in the comments. If you are looking for a YA book, you should really look at The Great Greene Heist. -Danny
