At this holiday time of celebration in Jewish communities - TopicsExpress

At this holiday time of celebration in Jewish communities worldwide, I encourage you to make a powerful change in your life. What change? Choose to do no harm. No harm to yourself and no harm to others-- other people, the environment and all sentient beings living on this planet. How can you do this? Decide to stop eating animal flesh (yes, fish are animals, too) and animal-sourced products like the number one allergen, dairy, and eggs and honey (yes, bees are animals, as well). Why bother? Youre worth it. Numerous studies and anecdotes have confirmed that people on plant-based diets are recovering from, healing from and preventing all kinds of disease and ill health-- heart disease, cancer, digestive complications, obesity, diabetes, skin conditions and many more. Where do you start? It begins with a decision. And pile your platters high with powerful, colorful & delicious organic fruits and vegetables, cored, chopped, sliced, diced, spiralized, grated, shredded, julienned, guillotined or whole. Eat to your hearts content. Savor the flavors. Give thanks. And dip your apple in delicious, sweet, gooey coconut nectar goodness or low-glycemic yacon syrup, instead of honey (bees are animals) for a happy, healthy & sweet new year. I want you to have enough energy and joy and love to dance like nobody is watching. Please watch the video... and dance! m.youtube/watch?v=SyMS5oSwVhU&feature=youtu.be
