At this moment we are working on sending a Bill to Carson City. The Visitation Act. We need as many petitioners as we can get. Many people though they do not know it are being discriminated by the Clark County District Attorney and even the Federal Government. Do you pay child support but your visitations are denied by the custodial parent? Do you contact the Child Support Office and tell them you are paying Child Support but your not allowed to see your child even with a court order? Does your case manager tell you Tough shit hire an attorney. We dont care what you have to say? Did you know that they District Attorneys Office will take the side of the Custodial Parent for free and they dont have to pay anything not one cent to ruin your relationship with your child? Well my friends that is discrimination. That is a violation of the 5th and the 14th Amendments to the US Constitution. They can not represent one party for free and tell the other Parent they have to hire and attorney. They try to say the the Family Court Visitation Orders and the Child Support Orders are two separate courts and divisions. They did that on purpose so that they can destroy your life. We must come together and put an end to this. An end to the power Hungry Suzi Truby and the rest of the Child Support Division. That is why we need the Visitation Act to be enacted into law.
