Todays workout consists of 6 moves. Set your timers for 1 minute of work; with a 10-15 second rest between sets. Perform this circuit 3 times through; for a total of 18 rounds! 1⃣ Mountain climbers using gliding disks (or paper plates/soft cloths). 2⃣ Box straddle jump/squats. BEWARE...these are EVIL!! 3⃣ Squat/oblique twist - I am using 10 lb. Weights. Use as heavy as you can handle. 4⃣ Burpee/press - I am using 10 lb. weights. 5⃣ Box tap downs - I am holding a 10 lb. medicine ball. 6⃣ Gliding disk obliques with a push-up.
