At times I think I am LASTMA worker. Unlike LASTMA, my job is not about enforcement. Clients call for a quotation and are happy to recover their vehicles. I was going for a job in Enfield on a cold foggy morning at about 5 am and suddenly I heard a lady shouted for help on A12. I noticed a car with hazard lights on on the other side of the road and I thought my appointment is of less priority when compared to this car that is dangerously parked with poor weather visibility. I immediately headed to meet them and with excitement they were glad of my presence. They had called all various recovery companies and they were extorted; they were given exorbitant amount to move a vehicle to less than five miles. They thanked for saving their lives and for given them a reasonable quote.
