At tram stop. Guy just collasped eye dialated drifting in and out of conciousness. I Instructed a woman to stay with him whilst I called the emergency call point 6-8 times they did not answer. Guy starts saying he was having pains in his chest and back. Rang 999 took 25minutes for paramedic to arrive. Kept him talking and concious as he kept slipping out. Im absolutely and utterly soaked through - and just potentially saved a guys life.
