Atkins Day 556. Breakfast today was the same as always. 4 strips of bacon, 4 fried eggs, and coffee. Ive been caught up in a rather large household project the past several days, so Im trying to play catch-up with other stuff at the same time. Its keeping me very busy, but its going well. But primarily because of the drastic change in the weather my knees are KILLING me. Obviously walking around the lake is out right now, even if I could find the time to do it. Its hard enough getting up & down the stairs to do laundry right now, and the Aleve I took this morning isnt doing a bloody thing. Still, I forge onward as best I can to try and keep up, and maybe get a little bit ahead of the game. So off I go to continue the days activities. Have a great Tuesday everyone!
