Government has issued strict orders, payment for temporary workers (non muster roll) to be made only from contractors but strictly not through department. 2. This is the fraudulent money, received from contractors by issuing cheque to contractors & Assistant executive engineer, Stanley dam division receiving money from them later distributing the money by him or by assistant engineer. 3. How does the Assistant executive engineer, Stanley dam division got lakhs & lakhs of money (the video with audio also attached) none of them escape from this. 4. Assistant executive engineer, Stanley dam division adds the temporary workers more than 10 to 20 persons per day by fraudulent & booked it by this way. Later cheques are issued to contractors, then contractors take money in percentage basis and given to Assistant executive engineer for payment to temporary workers (non muster roll). 5. Its pucca proof government officials (engineers, doctors etc) any professionals should not have more than limitance money especially in office. How does he have it?.. 6. Assistant executive engineer, behaves like a KATTA PANCHAYAT person for receiving bribery & made the assistant engineer Stanley dam into nuts… even if assistant engineer questions he will be punished & threatened (giving memos, framing charges etc) so assistant engineer, Stanley dam should work as a slave for Assistant executive engineer. 7.
