Attend two amazing classes for £99 *Frozen Two Tier Castle* (One Thursday evening and a Saturday): Thursday 9th October 2014, 6.00-9.00pm & Saturday 11th October 2014, 10.30-4.30pm. The cake in the first photo was made by the amazing Rachel Manning Cakes and is the inspiration for a workshop I will be running in October 2014. So if you need to practice your princess castle cakes then this is the class for you! You can choose to use cake dummies or cake for this class.... You will learn how to ganache/buttercream round cakes, cover and panel wrap with sugarpaste, make sharp fondant edges, how to stack cakes, use petal paste, construct castle turrets and how to make character models Elsa, Anna and Olaf. The class will be £99 per person and you will leave on the Saturday with an amazing cake and the skills to remake time and time again. You can choose to pay 50% deposit to secure your place and the remaining balance can be paid 9th October 2014.
