Attended a BBQ and opening of an indigenous recruitment program last night that from my understanding is aimed at getting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people into a corporate work environment. One of my sisters is apart of the program and we are so proud that she is taking a step forward to start her career. It also opened up for me that even though so many Australians have disgusting and negative views towards Aboriginal its not the redneck houso opinions that matter because some the countries most powerful companies are behind us 100% and do want to see blackfullas succeed. Dont let recent posts or abusive comments deter you from your path... Seek out those who have your back, get them to pass you the ball and run with it [-O-]
