*** Attention All Artists & Events wishing to be part of Feast 2014*** EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR FEAST 2014 NOW OPEN!!! In 2014 the way the Festival facilitated is changing. The Artistic Program will no longer be ‘open registration’ and will be curated by our Artistic Director, Catherine Fitzgerald in conjunction with our artistic coordinators. (Geoffrey Parslow – Visual Arts, Lori Bell – Comedy, Alison Coppe – Literature, Helen Bock – Western Suburbs). The whole of the artistic program will be curated, meaning that you must be invited to be included in the festival program. The reason for this is to ensure that there is a balanced program of high quality work that has diverse content, genre, style and representation. It is also to strive to improve our audience numbers by limiting the number of works presented and not ‘split our audience’ over a vast program. This way it is hoped that our artists will be guaranteed good box office returns that will ensure proper remuneration.
