Attention Athletes: This Weekend The Primal Throwdown "Friday Night Lights" for the Rx category has been announced, a swim WOD at challenge stadium, doors opening at 6pm if your keen to head down and support Coach Finley . The 6pm Bring a friend class friday will be cancelled. The gym will also be shut all day on Saturday due to the Primal Throwdown which is held over Saturday and Sunday however Boxing at our Bootcamp is available at 7am As a community we will need to support Kellie and Fin so get down to the Claremont showgrounds in full uniform ( hoodies and t-shirts ) on Saturday and for those who make the cut on Sunday. We wish Kellie and Finley all the best for this weekends event. Go TEAM CFF
