Additional diploma/certification in other culinary disciplines preferred At least 3-5 yrs. experience specializing in baking and pastry is required. Knowledgeable in all aspects of bread making and other dessert varieties. Must be willing to work in Makati. FILIPINO CUISINE CHEF Must be a Bachelor’s/ College degree holder in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Additional diploma/certification in other culinary disciplines preferred but not required. At least 3-5 yrs. experience specializing in Filipino cuisine is required . With similar experience from a reputable restaurant/ hotel. Must be willing to work in Makati. CHINESE CUISINE CHEF Must be a Bachelor’s/ College degree holder in Culinary Arts/ Food Technology or equivalent Additional diploma/certification in other culinary disciplines preferred but not required At least 5 years experience in Chinese Cuisine focus is required for this position. Preferably those with experience gained from a local or international, casual or fine dining food concepts specializing in Chinese Cuisine. Experience in menu and recipe development, food presentation, and recipe writing. Must be willing to work in Makati. RESTAURANT CHEFS (Kitchen Managers) Graduate of Culinary Arts. Knowledgeable in European & Asian Cuisine. Not more than 40 years of age, with at least 5 years experience in a similar capacity from reputable restaurant/hotel. International exposure is an advantage but not required. Must be creative and innovative in menu conceptualization Knowledgeable in Food Cost Control. Experience in new store opening is an advantage. Has excellent leadership skills, results oriented, highly organized and passionate with food quality and food service.
