Attention Consignors : We recently announced that we were going to be updating and changing our return policy for our consignors. Any items that have already been consigned with us, and recently dropped off, will stay under the old return policy. Any new items dropped off from now (9-9-14) on will be placed under the new policy, which is as follows: Consignor agrees to leave items for at least 90 days and may pick up items not sold after 90 days with 24 hours notice. Non-clothing items may remain in the store for minimum 120 days. Once items have been pulled and are no longer for sale, consignor has 14 days after notification to pick up unsold items. If not picked up by the 14th day, all items become property of Lil Hearts Preloved Boutique, to do with as we see fit. Also, on our contract it is stated : Return Consignors: All stained and unacceptable items will be donated to Goodwill after items have been priced if NOT picked up with-in 7 days, watch your myresaleweb account for the date! We will be strictly following this rule, as we have almost 1400 consignors currently, and our back return room is becoming full with no thank you items. When bringing items in, we will have every consignor (new and old) fill out a new consignment agreement, along with verifying your email address : this way, when we email consignors about pulled items, we know we have the correct address, and that our email will be delivered to the correct person.
