I was asked by the co-founders Anita Forde and Evita Stewart ( no relation) to co-host and be a co-administrator in an Online Discussion Forum in their FB Group....Jamaican Vibes At Home And Abroad. First, even though its called Jamaican Vibes At Home And Abroad, the group is not only limited to Jamaicans but to everyone who love Jamaican or Caribbean vibes and who enjoy meeting new friends online daily and discussing interesting, informative and entertaining issues....even if it is simply to share an interesting (clean) video with the group, and as members of the group, we discuss the contents. Here, everyone can feel free to communicate in whatever, acceptable way ( no swear words) they feel like...in standard English if you cannot type in Jamaican/Trinidadian/Guyanese/Barbadian etc style dialect. A wide range of topics will be discussed daily and we encourage you to join and bring in at least two or three of your best friends ( or more ) who you know always comment on your personal FB postings. In this way, at least you know your personal FB friends will respond to your posts or comments if you are intimidated by people you do not know. The Group is tight-knit so do not worry, your posts will be recognized! Talk about issues relevant to the Caribbean or elsewhere, current news events happening anywhere etc. Anyone interested in joining our international member based Private By Invitation Group and participating in group discussions ( operating word is participating) please simply in-box me and say Add me as a member and we will check to see if you qualify to be a member!
