(Attention Kristina & Beth) 9/25/2013 Xtremeperfect Weightlifting Workout Warm-up Jump squats and Spider Lunge/Hip Lift One arm dumbbell press( increase weight each set) set of 10 ( 5 lb ) set of 8 ( 10 lb ) set of 6 ( 15 or 20 lb ) set of 12-14 ( 5 lb ) Standing push press w/bar ( 2/12 lbs each side ) increase weight 2/12 lb each set set of 5 ( bar only ) set of 6 set of 6 set of 12 ( bar only ) Tire Pull Parking lot length ( both ways ) 3 sets tire flip parking lot half way lower back raise( 30 sec )/sit-ups ( 30 sec )/pushups ( 1 min ) Remember when performing these as many as you can do within the time with good form.
