***Attention Property Owners*** Please be advised that on Saturday, Dec. 13th, your B.O.D. by a vote of 8 yea, 1 absent passed the B.A.C.A. 2015 Budget. The Budget calls for an annual dues increase of $ 25.00 per year to $1385.00 or a 1.84% increase over 2014. This years budget calls for increased spending in the areas of personnel, utilities and infrastructure repair and upgrades. We were able to keep your dues increase to a minimum while continuing to move forward with our aggressive capital improvement program due to the increased number of paying property owners as well as re- negotiating contracts which has been one of this Boards priority goals. 2014 has been a year of transition where we have welcomed new staff as well as several new property owners. The BOD promised that we would take the positive necessary steps to re-vitalize our community and I am proud to say that we are well on our way towards achieving our goals. In 2015 we will continue our forward momentum. This year we will be repairing the tiles around and in the pool area, placing cameras by the trash area, upgrading our electric in glens 3 and 9, trimming all trees above the power lines throughout the park, purchasing road maintenance equipment, upgrading the office to be more functional and continuing the steps to resolve the water issue in glen 3. In the next couple of weeks you will be receiving your 2015 dues bill in the mail, we encourage all Property Owners to continue to support your community by sending in your Dues obligation in a timely manner.
