Attention Raymore Residents: An application was filed to reclassify the zoning of 317/319 W. Foxwood Drive from PO Professional Office District to R-3A Multiple-Family Residential District to allow the conversion of the two vacant office buildings to two 4-unit residential buildings. The buildings are located on the northwest corner of 58 Highway and North Madison Street. A Good Neighbor meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 6:30 PM in the City Council Chambers. The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the application at its October 21, 2014 meeting.
