************Attention****************** We will be your DUI checkpoint headquarters if you see a checkpoint report it to us immediately so we can get that information out to everyone if you have to go through a checkpoint you are only required to crack your window enough to communicate dont roll your window the whole way down dont answer any questions dont let them try and small talk you all they are trying to do is smell your breath so shut up do not speak you are not required to talk hand them your license registration and insurance information most importantly record everything with your cellphones keep these people honest also remember you are allowed to make a legal Uturn before you enter the checkpoint cones I do not endorse drinking and driving I also dont endorse unconstitutional checkpoints that are in violation of the 4th amendment of the Constitution we as citizens have a reasonable expectation of privacy and the ability to travel unmolested be safe anyone if you have any questions on the laws I will do my best to give you my interpretations This is by no means legal advice just simply my opinions and understandings of the laws protect yourself by seeking an attorney
